Annual dues are $100 and they are due April 1, 2021. You can pay by check or through this website.

Absolutely!! We want to give a sense of community to all of the homes in our neighborhood. You are free to be a part of our annual garage sale, BBQ picnic, and join our social media group. The only thing you won't be able to particiapate in are the business meetings and voting.
Yes. According to city rules: "It shall be unlawful for a person to run outside spray-type irrigation on any day of the week between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. unless one is using a hand-held hose that is equipped with a positive shut-off nozzle, soaker hose, bucket, watering can, bubbler or drip irrigation system."

The trail is a multi-use 18 mile trail maintained by the City of Wichita Falls. The city's plan is to encircle the city with this protected access trail. There are 2 accesses off S Shepherds Glen; 1) between 2939 and 2941 and 2) South of 2905.
The trash barrel is grey/black and pick up is on Tuesday and Friday unless the week contains a holiday. Changes are posted on the City of Wichita Falls website and in the Times Record News paper.
The yard waste / paper/ cardboard barrel is green. No plastic bags, glass or metal is allowed. Pick up is Wednesday unless the week contains a holiday.
